These guys are awesome! I bought a set of tires from them about two months ago and had an awesome experience. At first we ran into a problem with one of the tires being balanced. Most places would have just sent me on my way, but these guys were different. They went way out of the way to make sure my ride was smooth. I would recommend AF Big O to anyone I know. They are super competitive with their prices and value their customers. I will continue to pass all the big o tires on the way just to go buy from these guys.
They broke my friends wheel after he spent over 500 on tires the owner is very unprofessional and he should man up and replace his wheel
I used to work here when Parley was the owner, ever since the new guys came in and took over I had to leave because it was such a joke to work here, shortly after I left many of my fellow co-workers left also, I've had to bring my truck back 3 times now in less than a month because they can't do their job right. They do not stand behind the service and work they do, and the do not stand behind their word. I will not recommend anyone to come this store.

Watch your bill!!! So dishonest! My son went in to get his breaks changed and they came back saying that he should get his rotors changed as well. He told them, NO, only my breaks and oil changed. When he went to pick up his car up they had put on new rotors and charged him a extra $400. After some discussion they finally said they would put his old rotors back on and not charge him for the rotors but they were closing and he would have to pick his car up the next day. I received EXCELLENT service at Big O Tires in American Fork (748 E State Street Location). I ran into a little emergency (picked up a stowaway hitch pin with my tire) on the road after work… I realized this problem when I parked outside of my house. At that point, most tire shops were closed (trust me, I called a lot looking for someone that could help me NOT wake up to a flat in the morning).
