Great service! Nice people. I'm glad I found this place
I won't go back there. They took an hr to fix my flat that was already repaired before I got there. All they had to do was put the fixes one back on my car. And when I got new tires 2 weeks ago they did not call me when my car was done after I had called and they assured me. And the tires where not there when they said they would be.

I was an employee here and got hurt on the job and was treated very poorly because my hand was hurt I had to have them do work on my truck (and extremely over paid) they welded my shock on and I asked him if that was going to be strong enough Diego said no problem well the shock weld broke and it ruined my $300 tire when I sent a message to the owners about what happened and when I asked them in person if they would do anything they said no. Shady mechanic shop and owners.
They did a great job replacing my tires and doing the alignment. Great customer service too!
Thanks to Seth and the garage crew who took care of me last night! Went in to get some used tires and a hole in my break line was found and fixed AFTER HOURS because I was leaving for a trip the next morning. Friendly staff that took the time to show me everything they were fixing and what the cost would be. No hidden charges. My trip is going smoothly thanks to the workers at Big O Tire!
