Their mechanic didn't tighten my upper control arm on the front of my truck while doing an alignment causing my son and I to have a scary experience on the freeway. when I went in to get a refund I was told by Jared the manager wasn't there and to come back. Worst tire place around they told me I couldn’t leave until I bought four tires or it wouldn’t be safe to drive they had me in tears! At least three of the tires were perfectly fine! We decided to go to crazy Dave’s tires $40 each they lasted me two years . I’ve gone there at least three times now , I will never go anywhere but crazy Dave’s in American Fork... never ever again big O tires in American Fork!
By far the most horrible customer service I’ve ever dealt with in any kind of automotive business. The employees have horrible attitudes, are beyond rude and don’t care about human safety. I would rate the 0 if I could.

I would not recommend bringing your truck or car here. The employees have horrible attitude. And one of there employees were talking a lot of crap on my truck in the lobby while I was right there. Not customer service if you ask me.. also wasted almost 2 hours to being told they couldn’t do an alignment. I will never ever bring my truck here again or never recommend anyone here. If I could rate this 0 I would.
These guys were total class! I went in for merely a tire rotation and was promptly greeted and helped. I waited just a short time in their comfortable waiting area until the job was completed and then informed of the completion with a handshake and a smile! These guys are total Pro’s and make it obvious they love what they do and the people they do it for. Highly recommend this place for all of your tire/auto needs!!!!
