Outstanding group of people. Very helpful and honest. I was in one heck of a bind and they helped me throughout my ordeal. Having a blowout on the interstate and to top it off, my new spare tire was flat. I was thankful a BIG O was in sight. They will have my business from now on. The General Manager in Altoona was top notch. The Manager was great too. The BIG O in Ankeny had a part in solving my problem also.
A big thank you to the gentleman who patched my 16 year old daughter's tire and put the spare back under the vehicle for her. Being a new driver and a young girl, I'm glad she was treated well. We have found a new go to spot for our oil changes as well.
Their team is awesome!!! We had a blow out on our horse trailer & limped it over there with a spare tire with horses in it. They got us in immediately, put on new tires in a little over a half hour & we were on our way!! Friendly & customer service oriented!! Highly recommended!!
I have had great service every time I have went to this Big O. I bought my tires there after searching everywhere for exactly what I wanted. They are always busy but very accommodating.
2 experiences here one with a personal vehicle one with a company vehicle. I came in with my own truck to search for a set of tires and the guy at that time didn't understand personal space. When I asked about prices he proceeded to go into his sales pitch about warranties . NOTE my tires were bought elsewhere. My 2nd experience I brought a company van in for an oil change , I set up an appointment on a Monday for the up coming wknd . Got taken care of there pretty quickly Had a tire warranty in the out of there pretty quick
Great service Great people. Happy with the work they did on my G6.
Great place just have to check over things when done some employees slack on things like not rotating tires, not filling washer fluid, checking lights.
