RecommendedI had a leaky tire. They patched my tire and checked the others within a half hour! When I tried to pay they said it was on them. Quick and friendly!

Our truck had a flat tire this morning. Within two hours of having it towed here they had the vehicle fixed and ready to pick up. They made the experience very easy and we will now be a customer regularly!
Had a flat and they used a air grinder to make it look worse. I will never go there again. NOT RECOMENDED EVER.

When shopping for 4 new tires for our SUV, I called around to several auto shops in town. Tires can be a very expensive purchase, and being new to town we had no loyalty to any company. When I called, I spoke with Zach. He quoted me under $700. I was pleased with this because it was the best deal of all the shops. I recently had a leak in one of my tires. We assumed we would need a new tire but they wanted to try to fix it first. It was able to be fixed, and I was shocked. The customer service was unheard of in these days. I was told there would be no charge for the fix. “If you come to us for the little things, you may come to us for a new set of tires when you need them.” You bet I will. Thank you, BigO.
Went in today to get a leak fixed in 2 of my tires. One tire was questionable if it could be repaired due to the location of the leak. I was looking at needing a new tire but they wanted to try to fix it first. Thankfully, It was able to be fixed and I was in and out in a half hour. They were super nice and didn't charge me for the repair. Made what was turning out to be a pretty stressful day much more manageable.
Had a pressing tire issue today and the staff at Big O got it squared up quickly and I was back in business. Well done gentlemen! Thank you again.
