The best service in town by far, a very friendly staff that works quickly. They will not hesitate to tell you if there is nothing wrong and will work with you to find the best fix if there is. I will definitely be back and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Big O Altoona to anyone that has any tire issues or questions.

Awful customer service. Employees were disrespectful and rude and ruined my wife's rims.
Spent $1,000 on new tires. An employee who doesn't work there anymore didn't set my tires right. As of right now I've had to buy two new RIMS which had nothing wrong with them prior they were destroyed from putting tires on wrong and i had to odviously buy 2 new tires. Big O said they would not cover the damages they did. Would not recommend this place.

So I mean this when I say, the only thing I know about cars... is how to drive them. That even is a struggle some days. The people here are fantastic, I came in probably looking like an idiot, but the walked me through all my options, and helped me choose what was best for me. Today I left with a plugged tire, and I didn't pay a $... but please believe I will be back when the time comes for new tires. Exceptional service, exceptional staff!
Great customer service! I pulled off the bypass with a large bolt in my tire. Tristan patched my tire in record time, and even gave me a ride over to Lowe's to kill time while he fixed my tire. Awesome staff! Thank you! You
