Yesterday I had to get car inspected. I always dread it because it's an older car(99). Thanks to guys and Jeff they made it as painless as could be. Passed with flying colors and didn't try to sell me anything. Ps. Please get the tv remote fixed or replaced. Lol ! That particular program is nasty . Wasn't really good for the young child there with parent either. Thanks again

I had a fantastic experience with the staff at Big O. I dealt directly with the assistant manager named Kyle who helped me make wise decisions from day one on tires, wheels and lift. He got the best pricing for anything I could compare and was able to work me in FAST to get truck completed. His communication was spot on and the truck looks amazing! I'm sure labor rate was normal but wish it could have been a bit lower. Overall, super happy! Great team!
Just came in for an oil change - They didn't try to upsell me or anything (since I'm a woman), and I really appreciate that. Came in for a service; they did their jobs and got my vehicle back to me within a very reasonable amount of time.
Everytime I go to Big O Tires they are friendly, fairly quick, explain things they find and make their recommendations. They always give a written quote if requested.
