I was a loyal customer until today. I will never go back. Try hustling someone else. I understand warranty work sucks and it cost the shop money but don't pressure and up sell me just so you can recoup your loss.
I've been going to this Big O for years now knowing they will always take care of, not only our tire needs, but anything else that might go wrong with our cars. They have always treated my family well and made sure we were taken care of.
Big O is great at tires but also oil changes and mechanical work as well. Great company and the awesome staff at the Nixa location will not disappoint.
