Lied to me about a repair and condition of my tires.
Crew helped me tremendously while on my way to Nashville. Picked up a foreign object in a tire. They got me back on the road quickly!! Great service, great crew!!
If I could give a -1 I would. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. My husband went to get an oil change and was told it would be an hour. He was told he could leave and come back and keep his spot. He offered to give his name but the lady at the counter said he didn't need to. He leaves for 10 minutes and they let 7-8 others in front of him. He watches them put down other people's names as he had previously requested. Be warned: Don't purchase their "Optional Tire Protection Warranty" if you actually expect them to honor it. Tried to have my tire repaired today and was told they wouldn't repair it. I'll never do business with them, or partner, NTB again.
