They have no clue about customer loyalty. Took a tire that I purchased there in to repair a flat. Purchased the extra warranty that covered road hazards. Was charged to fix the flat because I bought the tires too long ago even though they only have 16,000 miles. It's not the money at all it's their attitude. went in today for a alignment and the guy pulled around the building, didn't think much of it till I heard him fire on it and take off, when he came back I told him not to pull it on the rack and he said he had done nothing wrong and that it was their procedure to test drive them before alignments and I told him I've been here several times for a alignment and never had anyone joy ride my car, my wife took her vehicle in the previous week and no "test drive" was done so I guess they only test mustang's. If your car is damaged or vandalized while in their possession they will quote you for repairs. Absolutely refuse to take any responsibility.

My daughter went back to this store to get a tire to match the one she bought in December. They were able to get her the same tire but for $45 more! In 2 months the price went up $45! The tire, mounting, and road hazard all went up! I feel like they took advantage of a college student. The manager was rude and the customer service was terrible. We will never go back to this store! Our Big O store in Louisville is so much better!
I went to Big o tires to get a front end alignment on my vehicle. They gave me a call to tell me my vehicle was ready. They advised me that they balanced my tires but did not do a front end alignment. Said if they had done an alignment they would have been just taken my money (like they were doing me a favor). And they said that my rack & pinion was loose and needed replaced (for $480). That didn't sound right to me so I went to a reputable company for a second opinion. The people who work here are horrible. They have no respect and want to get every penny they can from you. I assure you, they WILL RIP YOU OFF. they are no good for any service other than rude service. DONT GO HERE!
Just left from getting my oil changed and they are always going above and beyond my expectations! They made sure I had air in my tires and checked my antifreeze which is something they could have just left alone! Always so friendly!
Great people. Had a wheel bearing go out on the highway on my way to Ohio. Got me right in and took care of it in a reasonable time. Thank you guys so much !!!!
