Had awesome experiences at Big O since moving to Bowling Green. Heather was easy to talk with about what I needed for my vehicle. Heather was able to get me to understand the process of how Big O checks vehicles to see what I may have been overlooking.
I recently got a set of Michelin tires, had brakes replaced front and rear, and oil change. Heather, the manager, was very knowledgeable and got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The price was definitely within reason. Would highly recommend!
