Today was I first time at Big Moose and was happy to be the first sale for Steve V!! However, everyone was friendly! I wouldn't hesitate to drive 3 hours to have service like this! Thank you ALL of you at Big Moose!! Your AAA++++ in my book!! Customer for life here!!
I just received the best service in a long time at Big Moose. Many staff interaction and not a single person pushed me to purchase. I had parts held at the counter from a call earlier this week. Each interaction was genuine and engaging ages beyond the sell sell sell mentality! Just great friendly conversations and service! I will certainly be returning here to buy my next pets and accessories!!! Thank you Bob in service/parts, Doug in sales and the two ladies in apparel (sorry in never got your names!).

This is the go to place for all Harley needs. Sales great, parts and service exceptional. You are always an old friend when you walk in the door. I can honestly say that I have never had such a great relationship with any place (not just HD dealerships) then I have here. You folks ROCK!!!
