I recently purchased my 2013 flhtk electra glide from big moose, the entire experience was just awsome, from the first day i came in and met Jeff to the day i brought our first harley home. This was a big deal for my wife and i and everyone made us feel like family from the first day, we never felt pushed to buy, they just wanted to be sure we got what we wanted. We are so excited to have this beutiful bike and hope to continue doing buisness with big moose for years to come.

Our bike was up there for winter storage & it needed some work. We were quoted $740. We went to pick it up and the total was $811. They knew we were coming to get it today, yet they needed to move other bikes to get it out once we were there even though we showed up 2 hours after we said we'd be there. The antenna wasn't reinstalled, the wheels were dirty (front tire was part of the repairs.). The kid that brought it out front dragged his muddy boot across the backrest. We usually do a run to NH every two years. Always stop by Big Moose for shirts and to party. They are always helpful and take care of our mechanical needs, if we have any. Then it is off to DiMillo's.
