Had the screws come out of my lid. This place was 3 miles away from my quick stop to see what was making so much noise. After getting directions from a local (I was riding to Lubec from Virginia) on how to get there I went directly to the service area. When there was a service rep available they asked how they could help. I explained the situation and they said it may be a few minutes but they could help.
