Both times I have gone into Big Moose and received little to no customer service. Then when it came to ordering a part that the store should stock normally they asked me to put money down... Not only that but when speaking to the operations manager about the situation he continued to persist that they couldn't order the 7$ part that should be in stock w out my money.... So how does the store stay stocked w out everyone pre paying for everything they need? So L/A Harley stole their sale and a customer! Even if I have to drive... read more
