I recently bought my first Harley an 2017 Ultra Limited, and I have to say I was extremely impressed with the staff. My salesman Dan's knowledge of the brand was amazing. He answered all of my questions and I didn't feel pressured at all. To the finance department thank you for going above and beyond for me. To the rest of the staff, motor-clothes, parts, and the service department I look forward to your expertise for all my Harley needs. Thank you all and keep up the good work!!

Bought a 2016 Wide Glide from Big Moose remotely. Flew into town to buy it and begin driving across the country. The Sales Team and Business Manager provided some of the most personal and responsive customer service I have ever seen. We hashed out a deposit and financing plan that was tailored to my situation, and the service team was able to install everything I wanted on it with about a week of lead time. Two thumbs up, I highly recommend this dealership.

Let's just say they treated me so well, it was like I was being treated like family... every sales person there was amazing, even though it was my first bike going that big hearing me blabbering all the time wanting to take pictures everyone there was amazing.... you talk about customer service, WOW!!!
Would buy from them again. Doug is our salesman. All the staff are great! We drove 1150 miles to pick up a beautiful street Glide from them. Easy to work with.
