We had an awesome experience with everyone at Big Moose. We had trouble with the cruise control on our trip from Florida to Nova Scotia. The problem was quickly diagnosed and eventhough they didn't have the part they offered to order it for our trip back. At the end there was no charge and they even washed our bug ridden bike! When we are ready to buy another bike we will definitely be heading to see the folks at Big Moose!

Stopped in to browse. Friendly staff without being too aggressive. Gave my kid posters.
We stopped in from Chambersburg Pa. One of the nicest shops we stopped at along the way. Bought some Big Moose Tee-shirts talked to a couple of the guys and the wife took a picture of me fondling the bear and I don't even remember it's name haha. But if up that way it's worth a stop...

After talking about it for a year.... I finally pulled the trigger and picked up my 2017 softail slim last week. Price was extremely fair with a few extras. Thanks guys! I'm so happy with the bike. Living in the dream.

Everyone at Big Moose has been fantastic! Was pretty sure I knew which bike I wanted but they sat me on a few just to make sure. Very knowledgeable staff and everyone went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of the day I got my new 2017 Slim S and they continue to do so every time I've been in after! Got help from parts in making sure the accessories I ordered would work and they even went and found the specific bike I wanted since it wasn't on the floor... Every time I go in they greet me by name and with smiles!... read more
