please read everything before you buy here. As the owner said you need to measure everything first, too big or too small are your problems. You stepped out the door, you are not a customer anymore.

You purchased a refrigerator and when we delivered it, it was too large because you had not measured the space and my drivers had to bring the item back. I offered you an exchange for a refrigerator that would fit and to redeliver your appliance for no additional fee. When you buy an appliance they have a 90 day warranty. We purchased a stove and they acted like there was no records of any purchase with them. Finally they delivered a lesser quality stove and picked our original purchase up for repair. They never returned our original stove and now this stove is broke too. They use the bait and switch on their warranty. I was warned about them and didn't listen. Never buy anything from them. They will tell you there isn't any records of your purchase. Hands down best customer service ever! When the washer & dryer were delivered on a muddy day, the men chose to carry them through the house instead of allowing me to put down some old towels so they could use the dolly. The washer recently developed a problem and they paid for the part and made 2 visits to fix it - but only charged one service fee! I bought a washer in September from their Plainfield office staff was great I got it home and it had issues they came out the next day and fixed it, 6 wks later still not working right again came right out and informed me it wasn't worth fixing I went to their 16th office picked out another one $50 more then I originally paid for the first one and they delivered the next day free of charge.. These people are awesome, they know the meaning of true customer service.. I wish there were more companies like this.. thank you!
