I just received a gas stove from here.... Before it entered entered the building I could see dried food on the stove. Even though it's a "used" stove I would prefer not to have other people's food left on it. Very disappointed and beyond disgusted. ***Most importantly, there were two men who delivered the stove and neither one of the men were wearing a mask!!! I do not appreciate that Big Jon's does not enforce their employees to wear a mask, especially coming into ones home. It is very dangerous and rude and careless.
Public Service Announcement, super long Post...DO NOT buy anything from Big Jon's Used Appliances. We bought a Refrigerator to put in our garage mainly for Frozen items. Said Refrigerator was supposed to be clean, it was not. After we got it I took a pan of bleach water just to Sanitize it since it was used but little did I know I would be cleaning mildew from around the rubber part around the door of refrigerator AND freezer door. RecommendedI bought a washer and dryer from these guys and I love the warranty. they both had broke down but they were simple fixes and the technician was very friendly.
this place is shady at best ..they are over priced for junk appliances ..do yourself a favor avoid this place ..they lying thieves with the moral compass of a child molester ..stay away...
I love that they have a great selection and a 90 day warranty to back their products up. Not to mention the staff was amazing!

They have bad business practices. Look to be sued. Sold us a used washer they knew was leaking. 4 of our rooms are completely flooded.
Do not buy from them. I bought a washer and dryer. The person selling the appliances knew we needed a gas dryer but we ended up with an electric one. We immediately called the next morning to switch it out, and now we get the run around. We were supposed to get a call back because they were going to have a gas dryer brought over from the other location. No one called, we had to go there. According to her, none of the locations have a gas dryer. They will not refund the $200 that was paid either.This was their error. I'm fili... read more
