My fiancé purchased stove, refrigerator and microwave from the Plainfield location. I just contacted them because within a week of purchasing I have cockroaches in my house and the igniter doesn’t work. They only option I was given was to bring the stove back in. We are out the cost of having an exterminator come out and getting a truck to deliver the stove back to the store....Terrible customer service.... please save your money and shop elsewhere.
Recommendedi just bought a side by side refrigerator from the plainfield location i’m on oxygen and we were able to buy it over the phone which makes it so much easier for me due to the heat the delivery guys were were very nice i made sure i have them water because of the heat i really appreciate it
i just bought a fridge at the one on Arlington. best experience. very clean the staff are friendly. prices were Affordable. i couldn't be happier.

treat customers better and fix the problem where it doesn't break later after warranty and charge u a butt load of money to come fix it not worth time or money and they are nasty and rude never again....
The customer service at the west side store was awful, one of the girls had a major attitude will not be back.
I always make it a point to write a review when I am very satisfied with a company. My husband and I are VERY satisfied with the service and product we received from Big Jon's Used Appliances in Plainfield. There was an issue with delivery and they made it 110% right quickly. We will definitely be recommending Big Jon's to anyone looking for appliances and will most certainly be back for future appliance purchases.
