RecommendedWe had been dying to try deep fried Cajun turkey and Big Herms did not disappoint!!! Very tasty and moist. I must also say that I thought we had found the best cornbread ever in NYC but once again.... Big Herm’s cornbread was the star of our meal. I mean hands down best cornbread we have EVER had!! We would definitely recommend.

Husband, Little Steve, discovered Big Herm’s Kitchen a week ago....great comfort food! We got a delivery so we could taste more....the BEST catfish I have EVER had...and, pretty freaking good cornbread! Thank you for taking care of us, Big Herm!
Pretty disappointed. Placed an online order, waited close to an hour and a half before it was delivered, for a salad and wings with rubbery, undercooked skin. May give them a shot ordering in store but definitely don’t recommend delivery.
Love This Place
The food at Big Herm's Kitchen is delicious and cooked fresh. I had the chicken wings and mac and cheese yesterday. And it was so good, I went back today and got the catfish sandwich with sweet potato fries!!! Prices are good and the food is satisfying!!!
I love stopping at Big Herm’s Kitchen. It’s my go-to spot for delicious food served fast (try the steak and cheese!!). The staff is consistently friendly, and Big Herm has the intelligence, vision and fun-loving personality to drive his company forward. I wish I could add a few more stars to the five above.
