Great customer service, fresh and hot food seasoned to perfection!
Wanted to try Big Herm`s Kitchen today. Walked from work which is about 9 blocks away for this ish.. 5 cold overcooked wingettes 1/2 container of collards, hot Cole slaw, cold dry cornbread and mediocre Mac and Cheese. This is not OK. As long as I waited, everything should`ve been piping 🔥 I paid $12 🙅🙅🙅 #Boo #Booo #EpicFail Don't go in TV and then don't live up to the hype #Booo #IWantMyMoneyBack
Good food - good prices. I have only ordered from Eat Street and the food has arrived timely and not cold!
Sorry...It was a Saturday around 3PM...during Black Restaurant Week (3/8) ... Seems they are Take Out only? and they were closed....Next Time
Called ahead & ordered the Catfish basket with potato salad. How I managed to walk in the door as they were calling my name was right on time. No seating, small waiting area but the food was so, so good!
Food is great service is excellent. A must go 5 in RVA
