In 2003, we built Big Dipper Creamery in Blaine, Minnesota emphasizing our commitment to handcrafted, quality ice cream by using fresh, local farmer's natural cream. When I visit my daughter, Michelle, in Blaine,. MN, I have a 2 flavors of ice cream at the Big Dipper. The ice cream is so delicious that it is a requirement. My husband, Mike, says if we had the Big Dipper here near us in WI. we would be there often. The ice cream is so good that it is open year round now and opening another store.

Big Dipper was my choice for an ice cream vender at my wedding. EVERYONE loved it. The owners are the nicest people out there. They work hard to keep their customers satisfied. This will always be my number 1 choice for ice cream. Not to mention all of their flavors are amazingly delicious!
