In 2003, we built Big Dipper Creamery in Blaine, Minnesota emphasizing our commitment to handcrafted, quality ice cream by using fresh, local farmer's natural cream. Super friendly staff. The store itself is always clean we can usually find a table inside bit if not there are a few tables outside too. All homemade delicious flavors are worth trying. My favorite is the carmel apple. This place is a must try.
