In 2003, we built Big Dipper Creamery in Blaine, Minnesota emphasizing our commitment to handcrafted, quality ice cream by using fresh, local farmer's natural cream. Wonderful ice cream shop! Love that all flavors are homemade!! Got the Caramel Apple ice cream in a waffle cone - outstanding!!! And loved the nice touch of the surprise malted milkball at the bottom of the cone! Brilliant!! The staff/owners were great!! We'll be back and often!!
