GREAT WORK JUST WANT TO TAKE A MOMENT TO PASS ALONG HOW GREAT THIS SERVICE WAS-- VERY FRIENDLY SERVICE-- VERY NEAT--TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM AND WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE--AND THE COST WAS BELOW SEVERAL OTHERS I HAVE PHONED. My New Shower I recently had Big City Plumbing design and install a walk in shower for me to replace an old tub and tile. From the plumbing guy to the tile guy to the lady who does the final touches - they were a great team and fun to work with! Always on time, quality work and now all my neighbors are all coming in to see my beautiful new walk in shower.

A True Professional We have used Big City Plumbing on two separate occasions with both jobs completed with real professionalism. Appointments kept on time and not just all day time frames when they might appear. Will not do the job or leave the house until it is completed to our satisfaction. All this with very very fair pricing. We have recommended their service to two of our friends and neighbors and both of them have thanked us afterwards for that recommendation.

Excellent Communication and Service Big City Plumbing recently did a job at my home and I was really impressed with both the customer service and the work that was performed. Dave was personable and made me feel like I was the most important job of the day. His workmanship is excellent and he even cleaned up afterward.
