Excellent Repair Service Bobby stopped and gave an estimate...showed up the next morning to repair the underground pipe that was cracked. Once he found the problem he gave me my options to repair/replace the piping. He was honest, courteous and very reasonable. I will recommend him to anyone I know who needs a plumber....Great Work and Service. Thanks Bobby :)

Anti-siphon pressure breaker repair by Bob Up-front pricing; flexible scheduling; expert service; responsible service man.Bob had great skill and did a high quality job. He is very reasonable and responsible. He does not mind helping a thing or two along the way. He really made the whole process stress free. I highly recommend him without reserve for your plumbing needs.

PVC Water Mane repair I called Big City Plumbing to repair a water mane on my side of the meter where we hook up to the city water. One of their guys arrived on time, but showed up without the necessary supplies to perform the job (1/4" male adapter and 1/4" PVC pipe), which is standard for this type of job. Lucky for him, I had the male adapter and 1/4" PVC pipe that he needed. leeking toilet Just called and they are coming out today in the next few hours. I had recently called around and the soonest i could get someone to come would have been 24 hours. I asked what they charge and they charge the same price as the other guys MINUS the cost of an appointment fee to come out to the house. Another company wanted to charge me $45 PLUS the cost of the job and parts. No thank you.These guys will do the same amount of work and cost at least $45 less. Thank you, I look forward to seeing you soon!

same day service I had a leak issue that had made it's way into my master bedroom. Upon this discovery I had called and requested service, A.S.A.P and a dispatch was sent out at the scheduled time. The repair was speedy and I was very pleased with the work done.

Same Day Service in Fountain Hills I was impressed with the same day service in Fountain Hills. It's tough to find vendors able to come out here. I wanted a new shower head and faucet installed, and they did a great job. I have no idea if their price was reasonable (seemed pricey to me, but I didn't call around for this job). I was pleased with the politeness and efficiency of the two installers. Thanks!

Good Job I needed my toilet serviced. Big City was quick and reasonably priced. My toilet is working great now that my dogs bone was removed (LOL).

Good Business Our toilet was constantly running for days and even when the shut off valve was turned it did not stop. Bobby was thorough when checking for leaks. He turned the shut off valve, checked the water heater, the filtration system, the outside hoses and the water softener to make sure there was no leak. Good news, it was just the toilet shut off valve and flotation device in the tank. He fixed it in no time!
