I highly recommend Big City The handle to my main water shut-off valve rusted out and broke and I was leaving town that day. My neighbor jury- rigged the valve so it wouldn't leak. But I called Big City Plumbing that morning and made an appointment for 4 days later. Bobby came out on time, fixed the shut-off valve and replaced piping. He was fast and courteous! I highly recommend Big City Plumbing for your plumbing needs. And, oh yes! The cost was very reasonable! Must less than I expected!

I recommend We needed help with a washing machine hookup outside. This included digging up a trench through our concrete patio and attaching to sewer below ground. Bobby came out for a written estimate, we also had a couple others. His price was very reasonable and he was likable. The other estimates from different companies were a bit higher to crazy high. Great Family Company I found this company after reading prior reviews from customers. Initially I spoke with David who at my request scheduled an appointment the following afternoon. Bobby (his partner) called the following day and was on time. He explained the repair, showed me the estimate and upon my approval completed the work in a timely manner. The price was fair, the work excellent and Bobby was personable. I would highly recommend this firm for future work and will definitely utilize them again.

Phenomenal Service from Family Owned Plumbing Business! David was prompt, professional, cheerful and quickly found our problem (faulty pressure regulator). He fixed it in 15 minutes and charged a very reasonable fee.Another service we had called out misdiagnosed the problem, wanted $600+ to "fix" the problem, and had planned to tear out our walls to accomplish that. Broken shut off! Gave Bobby a call about our broken shut off valve (stuck in the off position of course!) and he came out the next day. He gave us an hour window between 11-12, which was awesome unlike some of the bigger companies where they give you a 4-6 hour window and you're out of work the whole day waiting for someone to show up.He completely replaced the copper shut off valves and pipes at our new house. Great service Bobby was very prompt arrived when he said he would be here. Installed supply line and valve for toilet. Very efficient. Great job. I would highly recommend Big City Plumbing!

Fast, Friendly and Fantastic Bobby Watkins is experienced, fast, quick and isn't afraid of large animals. Emergency service was needed, he got there in the time he stated. Didn't waste time. Did an impossible front replacement of a shower value in no time at all (no need to remove the wall in the kitchen to get to the pipes like others estimated) Was here all of 30 minutes, cleaned up and was fantastic. Wants loyalty and repeat service and deserves to have it.Has my vote and my highest recommendation!

Fast Response We had a pipe start leaking in the wall of our bathroom. I called Big City Plumbing and within a little over an hour Bobby arrived to fix the leaking pipe. He got right at it and had the old section of pipe replaced in short order. Fast service and the price was reasonable. If I need more plumbing work done I will definitely use Big City again.
