Ok so I was really excited to come check this place out.. My friends and I came in a few days ago the food was delicious but the server/cashier was not friendly at all, I asked for boxes nicely "excuse me can I have some boxes" and she said "you can go up to the front and get them" really? We didn't even get asked how everything was, if we needed anything? I was very shocked by all this because I work at a restaurant and isn't the customer the main priority? Anyways hope the next time I go service will be better.
I love you Big City but why ya always gotta be so big?
Whether its a plate of eggs, a sandwich or one of their giant pastries, you will love it! They have the yummiest food! The coffee is good and the atmosphere is cute and fun. Just GO! :-)

Big City has fantastic food. Some of the best potatoes I have ever had. However, when you go during rush hour its very hard to get your food. I sat for over an hour waiting for my food, and actually received the wrong order. It's a little hit or miss, but man gotta love those potatoes.
Big City has great food, but if you go when they are overly crowded, they don't have a good system for food delivery...I sat for 1hr while everyone else ate..they "lost" my order that I paid for...and then they tried to PUSH my breakfast on me when I had other things to do. Saving. Breakfast in my car for hours didn't sound appetizing to me or very healthy....
