You guys are amazing! I have been coming here for years. I think you are wonderful and have incredible strength and fortitude by placing the thin blue line flag as a symbol of support to your emergency responders.. Everyone has something negative to say until they call 911..
Great coffee and amazing customer service. Is my go to coffee shop when in Boise on business.
I used to enjoy the food here, but the hateful stance the management has taken means I will no longer be supporting this business, until it is corrected and a genuine apology made, as well as a recognition of the societal issues at hand.
We love everything about Big City, from the friendly atmosphere and staff to the delicious variety of options on the menu. If you haven't had the opportunity to visit Big City, make plans, it's always enjoyable to eat great food and make new friends!

Good food and courteous staff. Best breakfast spot I've been to while out on tour for two months.
I love the food however they really need to expand!!!! Im sure I'm not the first to say that... I've also been served quiche that was room temperature on the outside, cold on the inside which I understand happens, especially when it's so busy. The pastry's and desserts are phenomenal and HUGE. I go pretty frequently which says a lot since I get anxiety in crowded packed spaces. Much love Big City!!!!
