What an awesome experience! I had some less-than-stellar work done recently at another Omaha area shop. I stopped in to see if Lenny could consult with me on a fix; he was recommended to me by a coworker. He touched up my tattoo on the spot and did a phenomenal job. He’s also a really nice guy! I will definitely be back.

Got my very first tat here 13 years ago and got another this year. They are AWESOME! I live in Hastings so when itching for a tat while in Otown BIG BRAIN is THE place to go.
I was a little kid last night who was going to the doctor to get a shot. I don’t remember his name because I was so petrified but he was amazing!! He calmed me down and endured my mess!! Thank you!!! It hurt like a heavy handed.... but he made it worth it!! Finally got my nose ring!!!
I've been visiting Big Brain since they opened and I really could not reccomend a better shop. I've been a patron there since I was 18, and Smitty and the crew have always been professional, educative, clean, and just fun to hang around. They train their apprentices well, ensuring they know all the ins and outside before touching needle to skin and I'm very impressed with all the work I've gotten done. Thank goodness for Big Brains! I recently had tragus piercing and the jewelry came out twice. The piercer that originally did piercing is closed on weekends. Both times I came in & was treated awesome! And with Little wait time. Dave is the best, I'd highly recommend him. I'm so happy with the service!
Went to big brain to get my sister her first tat and she changed her mind last min and wanted sister tattoos.. They did an amazing job of turning her one session into 3. Jed was our artist and he was amazing! He made the experience! Will definitely be returning for more work!
Have recently picked big brain for all my piercing and tattoo needs. Never had or have a complaint with this place!! Staff is beyond hilarious and they make you feel super comfortable!!!!
got my nose double pierced. i was extremely nervous but the entire staff was so kind to me! they even gave me a sprite & shared their m&ms with me, as i was feeling faint. definitely a great experience for me as i was super nervous and felt at ease!
