As someone who is disabled and has a legitimate Service Dog, you will NOT receive any business from me or my family. We don't support businesses who think their shop policy is above the actual laws. Either you learn and abide by the laws or shut down the place. Hope that legitimate team sues your sorry sack of flesh.
Discriminated and is rude to disabled customers with service animals. Violates federal law (ADA) by denying the service animal (medical equipment). The dog was posing no threat to the health or safety of others by accompanying the handler in the lobby. Didn’t even let the handler speak! Just continuously interrupted the handler. This location needs to study the law and I hope they are charged with the fine set for this federal offense.
genuinely believes store policy is above state and federal law. does not apologize for breaking said laws and discriminating against a potential customer
Denied a service dog into the lobby, HUGE ADA violation! Please educate yourself and your staff of your LEGAL rights, federal law trumps store policy
Discriminated against those with disabilities. Believes their medical equipment is essentially disposable. Believes they are cleaner then a hospital room (service animals are allowed in regular hospital rooms) and believes they are as sterile as a burn unit(lies). Will say anything to turn away disabled customers and their medical equipment. Would rather you come and get a tattoo without your medical equipment leaving you vulnerable to harm. Do not come here, coming here supports the people who believe the disabled are unwor... read more
They should learn the Federal Law (the ADA) before turning away a service dog. Your 'policies' aren't above the ADA's laws. I wouldn't support someone who turns away real service dogs.
The could improved by complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act and not discriminating against disabled customers with service dogs.
Follow the law regarding service dogs.
Inconsiderate of those with disabilities. Federal law states that a tattoo parlor is not a sterile environment. Discrimination is against the law, will be reporting to the DOJ.
