went here to get a tattoo because i wanted it done tonight. their sign on the wall stated prefer cash but atam against the wall. so i put the card in the machine. it takes the $65 out of my account then doesnt dispense the money and gives a feed error. money is still taken out of my account. so they tell me theres nothing they can do and hopefully my money is back in my account in 2-3 days. so i am denied my tattoo due to the machinr not dispensing my money. why have an atm in your shop and tell people to use it if you cant ... read more
For starters, as soon as you walk in it's impeccably clean which comforts you right from the start. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, comical and make you feel at ease My next trip to Omaha I will be seeing them, and only them. Definitely a customer for life! Brandon did my tatoo.

I love Big Brain. I’ve had my nipples pierced twice now (the first time they rejected so I had to get them done again) The first time I had them pierced by Kyle. He was great, talked me through the pain super well and the over all experience was awesome. Since my first go getting them pierced I’ve probably been in about a million times to get them checked out to make sure they’re not infected, and that they’re still healthy.
