RecommendedI recently got a piercing at Big Brain and was astonished by the quality of service and kindness shown by the staff. I went in nervous and very anxious about it and left at ease and happy I had it done. Dave was both professional and fun, making sure I was comfortable with him and what he was doing. The piercing was painful (due to the area, not due to him!) and I nearly passed out. Immediately Dave brought me a cold cup of water and an ice pack along with Smarties and a soda. Best place I’ve ever gotten pierced at!
My wife and daughter were told they could get right in on a Monday over the phone then drove 2 hours just to be told they could only get a sizing by these dumbasses, fuck this place
Professional all the way! The most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered!
When I walked in, they were pretty busy, & told me it would be about an hour wait, but it sure didn’t seem like that long of a wait... the staff were very polite and professional
Big shout out to Big Brain Omaha for not only being awesome and piercing me but made my experience worth it!! Very positive vibes and people can't wait to come back for my next tattoo or piercing definitely go here!!!!
