We got sat right away, our server lora was very informative and had a very positive attitude. She provided customer service that we haven't experienced in a long time. We decided upon the exotic meat 3 gates due to our server's thorough description and high recommendation. We were not disappointed and will be back. Oh yeah, don't forget to top it all of with a shake. We had the daily special birthday blitz shake. Delicious, thank you!

I was in Charleston on a business trip and I prefer local places to eat. Big Billy's was fabulous. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My server, Delona, suggested the grilled chicken wrap with sweet potato fries and the Sangria. Her recommendation was spot on. Best burgers in town. Don't let anyone argue that! Bison burger is to die for! Fried green tomatoes are sublime
Went out with some friends the other night to start of LGBT honor week here in Charleston. Lora was our server and she was a true asset to our experience. She made sure nothing was neglected. I enjoyed the 3 Gates burger that was their exotic and had fried pickles as a side. Delicious. Didn't wait a long time for it and then got a Funky Monkey shake to go. Thank you to Billy's and Lora.
After a rough experience the night before Cannon made our rough one to a very positive one. As a military family life often finds us in unexpected places under extreme circumstances. Cannon went above and beyond to correct our issues. Her simple kindness and understanding that life can be rough means more to our family than words can say. We appreciate y'alls commitment to make sure quality service is done ! Thank You !!!
