We went in on a Saturday at 4pm, I was shocked it was empty. One of the best burgers I've had in a very long time, the strawberry shortcake shake was to dye for. Used this as my cheat meal and I'm so glad I did, was not disappointed at all!

Food was good but the service not so much. I don't think the waitress realized why we ordered a gluten free burger. When we asked if we had gotten the correct bun, I had to point out there was a gluten allergy. She never apologized. We had to asked to have it remade. We had to remind her about things we had ordered but granted we were charged for those items when the bill came.
Last year we had been outlet shopping and found this great little place tucked away . We had a great meal so this year while on vacation again we searched to find it again. Again we were not to be disappointed !!! We both had great burgers and fries ( mine were sweet potato !!) We will definitely be back
Typically I do not participate heavily in social media, nor do I spend time writing reviews. However, the build your own burger specialized venison burger and sweet potato fries I had last night at Big Billy's was so exceptional and unique that I had to comment about it. I've never had venison before so it was quite a treat to eat. They have a different exotic burger everyday, happy hour drink specials every evening, and I will be back for the half priced beef burger on Thursday night.
