RecommendedDr. Malone and her staff are wonderful! I recommend them to everyone! They are responsive (which is so important) and personable, making the extra effort to meet my needs as their patient. At other eye docs, I’ve had the experience where the provider is wonderful but staff/ office is not- but this is NOT the case at Big Bend- If I need anything at all, they’ve always made sure to help me. Best eye exam I have had! The office was clean and organized, staff was so friendly and professional. Dr. Malone was simplistic and to the point, but also took the time to explain everything to me. I love that they are modern with technology and I could avoid the eye dilation, and learn more about my eyes too. They have a wide variety of frames and did not make me feel rushed when making a selection. My husband and I both love Big Bend, and will definitely be returning next year!
