ex employee a long time ago The selection is not the largest, the prices are not the best. A close relative of mine once bought expensive dog clippers, and when she tried to use them for the first time they didn't work. She went to exchange the clippers, only to be accused of breaking them, and never got new clippers or her money back.

I have always found what I needed, and if not, sales folks were always available to assist me or offered to order the product. Big Al's Pet Food Whse. I don't know why, but every time I go into this store they seem to be bothered by the fact that I need help or need to pay for merchandise as they'd rather be doing anything else but helping customers. I had to endure the whole story from one employee of how impressed she was with herself that she raised show dogs, when all I wanted to do was pick up a new leash and collar for my own dog.
