Big Al's Pet Food Warehouse is great besides sue the manager The Female manager at this store is the rudest, loudest most irritating person i have ever met. She was yelling at an employ when i walked in the store and was still yelling when i walked out. Why any one would keep a horrible person like that working at their store is beyond me! Those Two make the whole store look bad This is a great store but there defiantly have some character flaws. NICE! I go into Big Al's often, and other than that crazy old lady, Myrna I think her name is (stalks you like a lion on its prey), I found the service to be great. Everyone is friendly there and, well almost everyone, and they know how to run the business. I found that whenever I have needed a certain item ordered the warehouse manager has always made sure to get it for me, and just let me say he is quite the cutie. Big Al's....TWO CRRRRAAAAZY LADIES!!!. Please, I beg you don't go to Big Al's anymore...yes there is that crazy old lady that follows us around also EVERY VISIT trying to start arguments, and eventually got in our face and actually got into a verbal "conversation" which she happily led into how we abuse our animals, which have all lived to 20-something no matter cat or dog or horse or whatever (one rescued pony too)...and we really tried to stave her off, convincing her that that was not the case, she kept on and on right in... read more
Great! They have very good and helpful poeple at Big Al's, I love thier bunnies.I hope that I can work at Big Al's one day, cause they are just so great. The employees are very helpfull too.
I'm anonomous too The annoying lady is the reason I was avoiding Big Al's too! LOL. I knew what I wanted and was looking for, but she kept asking me stupid questions and giving her opinion on irrelevant things. Kind of like an annoying fly that keeps buzzing around your head...
Pushy service I thought that we had just found a new store close to home where we could buy our dog supplies. That was true until we were hounded by a woman who works there that wouldn't leave us alone. She followed us through the store making negative comments on everything we picked out, claiming that it wasn't good for dogs and that we needed to buy whatever other thing SHE picked out. Big Al's Warehouse - Best in Town Along with a great selection (they even have a list of items made and produced here in the USA) and knowledgeable folks, Big Al's is our new pet store.
I love this store! I found the service to be excellent with the sales people on the floor , I have always gotten the answers I need. I did get one time a young lady at the cash register that didn't really have the greatest attitude, as if she really didn't want to be there and acted annoyed that I asked a question. Perhaps she was just having a bad day , she was young and inexperienced in customer service, I give her mercy and grace.
