Mediocre. I am pretty sure your mgmt. doesn't realize that your customers pay their salaries. Sub par service, food is "ok" and the whole experience of Big Al's can be beat at other locations with better food and happier employees.
Expensive and packed with people. Wine $10.00 for an 8 oz. Glass. Service and food was good in the restaurant but after dinner in the bar upstairs we must have inconvenienced them..they weren't friendly or wanting to take our orders.
Over priced, not very kid friendly. Everything was way too expensive, the food the beer and the bowling

Killer menu and excellent happy hour! Best place in town by far for Bronco games! Friendly, professional staff and the only place I've been that has "beer tubes" which I love! Thanks Big Al's Meridian!!!
We love the food, the atmosphere and most of all the outdoor patio!
I've been there multiple times and have been felt like I've been pushed out even though we've spent a significant amount of money there. Both while bowling and watching a football game with a huge group of people. Not worth the food or the customer service. Giving this place a second chance was a bad idea. Even the management wouldn't address the issues that we had. All of us have been working in the restaurant industry for a very long time so we know what good customer service is and this place does not have it!
Be aware they will give away half of your table if your party is using the arcade during a game. What a joke I will never return to this venue. -5stars.
I LOVE BIG ALS
Awesome bartender, Matt. Awful service, never once had food come out warm or semi-warm. Never worth the money unless you're here for dollar bowling/beer. Get it together big Als. Based on all the bad reviews I'm not the only one with this experience.
