Arcade is fun, but the ticket payouts are usually one or two short from the listed payout. Arcade staff is great. Bowling Alley and the guy at the front desk was awesome. Service however was non existent in slider alley. We pushed the service button like four times and waited over half an hour before deciding to go to the snack bar and get our own drinks. Other than that it was great.

Thoroughly unimpressed... $20 card to be used on games and food, but they wouldn't take it for food... So tried to use it on games, yeah, they say we won tickets but none of the machines were spitting out tickets. Tried air hockey, puck kept getting jammed inside. Apparently this outfit has never heard of maintenance. Oh, btw, ho-hum food at high end prices. Dropped $80 here, sooo not coming back.

Hi Russ. I found out more information -- specifically that the link between our Arcade POS system and Food & Beverage POS system went down the other day and was under repair. Definitely an us problem!! My apologies for the inconvenience and apparent lack of communication from our team. I'd still love to connect you with our General Manager, if that's possible. I enjoy bowing at Big Als. Their entire staff are very courteous, personable and professional. Service is second to none. It has a great family atmosphere and I feel as if I'm part of the Big Als family. I've made some wonderful friendships there over the past year that will last a life time. I especially commend the management staff for their hiring of the team they have assembled to serve their customers. In my humble opinion it is great place for family fun. I love Big Als.
Always have a great time here. Come here at least every other weekend with my father and brother and we always get awesome service. Both our waitress Sharman and Jasmine at the front desk are great and provide A+ service, we look forward to coming back all the time!
Our server was Lloyd K, what an awesome experience! The nachos are to die for!
We were told free bowling plus shoes only for mothers on Mother's Day. Was not the case. We paid $71 for an hour of bowling. Way over priced, and not free for anyone, even Mom. The odd lights were fun but made bowling more difficult. Don't bowl on Sundays because they oil the floors that day and you can slide around easily, making you likely to slide or get a gutter ball.
