The restaurant's food isn't amazing and it would be awesome if there were some gluten free or vegan options but the rest of this place is great. We go for bowling and arcades for the kids.
My husband and I just moved to the area and tried this place out! We loved it! Great beer and food and tons of sports to watch!

I paid for two lanes, $72.08. One of the people in my group didn't handle a waitress issue appropriately. The night Manager shut down that lane. Then before my lane had finished, the manager shut down my lane. He wouldn't even talk to me. Walked off as I was coming over to talk to him. What do I do, chase him? Big Als is in the business of ripping off their customers. 11/27/15
We came in with a big group on Saturday, November the 21st. We had the best time! We had a mild complaint, and we spoke to management about it, and they corrected the issue immediately and then some. We are so impressed with their service, we will recommend Big Al's to everyone! Great management, fantastic service!
I wanted to try Big Al's again after being driven away because of poor customer service when they first opened, so we did. Today, unfortunately, was no different. Specifically in the restaurant, the server could care less about us or that we were celebrating a birthday. After attempts to get service we asked a different person for the manager, who said they would be right with us....we waited for what seemed like 15 or more minutes. No manager showed up. We left. We will NEVER be back!

Usually it's. Fine. Not today.. waited 13 minutes for a beer. Understaffed. Megan passed our table 6 times with an empty beer on it. FAIL!!!!

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was friendly, fun and inviting and the tv screens were HUGE! Definitly worth a replay.
So much fun for people of all ages. Recommend it to anyone
