Games were pretty fun, and the staff near the game area are super nice and helpful. While the food in the restaurant was great (other than getting the meat wrong- pink vs no pink), the service sucked. We're not sure who to blame.. The waitress who left after taking our order, the waitress who replaced her who didn't check on us once (we had to stand up to locate some one), or the two managers sitting at the table next to us who heard every complaint and ignored us. It was our first time, Came around 4 with our kids and asked about prices about bowling. Told them we were going to check out the Arcade first. I wish they would of told us the prices for bowling go up after 5 or else we would of bowled first.
Awesome Bowling Alley, Great drinks, Fun atmosphere. Pretty Clean WAY expensive..
Best place to have a birthday party @ Big Al's in Meridian, Idaho!
After 25 minutes we walked out. Nobody even came to give us water. Yet 2 other tables came in after us and had drinks and got to place their order.

We just got pushed out of our table on my nephews 15th birthday! They told us we had until 6, our whole party was here at 545. A party of 20 which they knew about. I've never been so offended or had such poor service in my life!
We were supposed to meet and have a birthday party for my nephew we arrived at 5:45 and had reservations at 6:00 they actually seated people at our table and they were not moving! WHAT!! Have never been treated like this before! Was the first and last time for Big Al's

Of course, I don't love reading about when we fall down... and that's certainly what we did on Monday night for your group. While we don't take reservations for large groups outside of our Events office, we always work to accommodate big parties where we can in the building when they arrive.
