Lots of fun. Burgers are great but overpriced for basic. I know what to expect and really appreiciated the huuuuge screens.
The bowling was fun that's why I gave it 3 stars. Waitress was rude and had an attitude ordered 3 sodas when she brought them to the table she threw the straws at us. Never came by to asked if we need refills had to go and ask the other employee said they were free refills and would notify the waitress....... finally got refills with continued bad service.
This is not our first but it will be our last!!! We had my daughters birthday party there paid for a room for a bowling party!!! The server was amazing she tried to help us as much as we could!! The party host was horrible she lied to us, we were told so many different things by the front desk and her, jerked around so much. The high roller lounge is a joke. Even with multiple ID's they would not sell me a tower of beer. Not like we had been drinking it was to start the night. This is my last time to Big Als for bowling and drinks.
Resturaunt service sucked. Saw the lady twice once when we ordered and again when we got our check. No refills or asked if our food was ok or not. Food was ok not that great. Bowling was good except we got placed between some wana be pros and a careless family who was always standing in our lane. We had our 6 year old with us who doesn’t know all the proper edicate to bowling like waiting your turn and stuff. The bumpers kept gettin stuck so I had to keep asking them to reset it.
