when customers ask for VIP and are told to wait half an hour just to get put in regular after waiting for VIP, because your wait staff decided it would be better for the 6 of us to bowl regular. we didnt care to pay for 2 hours just to have one game. we were there for fun. asked for a refund since she would not let us bowl where we wanted and I was giving a crappy gift card to a place I dont want to ever step foot in again.

We have kids bowl free and two of the three times we couldn’t even use it! Definitely recommend if you have kids bowl free avoid Big Als as they are not kid friendly!!!!!!!!!! Not worth the hype when the customer service is extremely rude at the front counter! Avoid them like the plague!!!!!!!!!!!! 1
