Went to have dinner and were not told when we put our name on the wait list that there was a cover because they were showing MMA fights on the TV’s waited 30 min for our table and then were informed of the cover, what a waste and rip off they make more than enough off the price of the food and alcohol, went down the road, watched the fight for free and had a great meal.

Went to Big Als for the superbowl. We knew it would be packed and expected to wait a bit for service. However, we didnt anticipate being ignored sitting at the downstairs bar. Took 15-20 mins before I flagged the ONE bartender down for a drink. He was concentrating on the people coming up to the bar instead of us. We were very patient ... for a while. It was superbowl Sunday! Staff up! Ridiculous.
It has become a weekly event for my friends and I. We get to enjoy the monte carlo then head upstairs to finish the evening gaming it. The atmosphere is entertaining and the employees take very good care of us....
girlfriend and I ate here 1/10/2020 food was good but ridiculously overpriced! 2 burgers mozzarella sticks a milkshake and a small alcohol drink $63.00 if you can believe that because I was absolutely mind blown. absolutely outrageous prices. never come here hungry!
Food and service aren’t good but the beer selection and big TVs make it worthwhile for football Sunday. I’d recommend eating beforehand. The bowling, arcade games, pool and darts are fun if you want to kill a few hours.
We had an office party and they were NOT ready for us. Our server worked hard, but we did not get what we signed up for. They knew we were coming and did not have anything set-up and we waited for at least 1/2 hour for drinks as the food was getting set-up. We picked out wines, etc ahead of time and they had NO problem charging us the full price without getting what we ordered. They also had the audacity to charge a gratuity on the bowling. WOW!
Won't be going back. What food we got was cold. Asked to speak to manager but he was on the phone and then walked away from us. One of the workers apologized claiming short staff, but the manager should have been helping where needed instead of hiding
Rude front desks guy😡🤬😡 Was asking questions about the daily deals and just flat right ignored me.
