Awful just sat at a booth for 36 minutes without a single server coming up to help us or offer us water, told the manager as we were walking out and he said oh sorry and walked off. We will never come as a family to that establishment again. worst service and acknowledgement I have ever experienced.
RecommendedOur server Ryan went above and beyond today for my kiddos birthday (so far as to bring out a giant ladder to save a runaway balloon)! Everything was perfect!
We went there for veterans day and was meant with a front desk person that either didn't want to be there or something. Anyways didn't ask if we wanted to play more then our one game which we wanted and would have paid gor but then the wait staff was standing around our helping tables next to us and didn't even take our order until we had one frame left. it be a while before we go back.
The staff were exceptional in how we were treated during our anniversary reception. Courteous, kind, and always ready to help when we needed it. Would recommend Big Al’s for any event to my family and friends
Great place to watch Boise State games!! Great food too!
