I really enjoy the atmosphere of this place, but I also agree with some others on here about the service being a bit slow and discombobulated at times. The draft beer is also often a little too warm straight out of the spigot.
12 person work event and service for food and drinks were bad had to go to the bar ourselves for drinks because it took so long but yet multiple times our sever was just standing around doing nothing
Visited last year with my family, so much fun! The environment was busy, colorful, and exciting! So ready to go back!
My family and I go to Big Als at least a couple of times a month during football season, and most of the time we have a great experience. They always make watching sporting events like football an enjoyable experience. And the staff has always been pleasant.
My husband and I went yesterday for our anniversary. We had the BEST TIME and the best customer service we have experienced at an amusement place. It made our anniversary that much more special! Thank you!
