Disgusting meal there today, cold, tasteless. The staff very rude, the cook needs a few lessons,
I love the food here but it's the service that will put this place out of business. Our server was very sneaky about upcharging for EVERYTHING without any mention of it. I usually expect an upcharge for onion rings on a burger but we were charged for a full appetizer basket of rings ($7.00)!! The menu says fries are a $2.50 upcharge; then they ask what kind of fries you want (3 choices). Be careful here because select the wrong kind and you will be charged $3.50. Sorry i waited so long to respond, thought a cooling off period was best ali ltems offered to you were clearly postsd on menu ,none of our servers would try to scam customers.
Had great prime rib sandwich and as Dani Belting would say "We love you Maaaaaaary"
3.50 upcharge for waffle fries? Could have at least told us that! And 1.49 for seasoned sour cream? Way to double the price of my meal! And it wasnt that great of a reuben! never again!
