Service was bad was mistreated and have been a long time loyal customer pretty upset how this place has changed.
I had the Taste of Deutschland today and it was outstanding. Es erinnert mich an das ausgezeichnete Essen von Braunschweig. I met the owner, Jim, who made sure everything was perfect. He was in the middle of visiting the various Bierstube locations to ensure quality and consistency of food at each one. One would expect nothing less! Hier findet man ein echtes deutsches Erlebnis!
We are done with bierstube! The restaurant is a mere shadow of what it used to be.....
I thought the staff was friendly and helpful, atmosphere was fun and food was good and plentiful.
The food was mediocre at best. The worst part was watching the cook play on his phone then touch our food. He never washed his hands or used gloves. I completely lost my appetite. Disgusting!
A very long wait to be served burnt food! Then get the eye roll when telling your server about it. It’s disappointing.

Don't waste your time or money. I got the feeling that if they don't know you they don't care. I can't say service was terrible because there wasn't any. After waiting 10 minutes finally asked the bartender if they had wait staff. The bartender actually took our order (didn't seem happy about it). When the food came it was too late to leave! It was terrible. Burnt and tasteless.
Last two Sunday brunches same bad service. Will not give this another try.
